This Privacy Policy has been implemented to serve those who are concerned with how their Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)  is being used online. PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or to identify an individual in context. Please read our Privacy Policy  carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use,  protect, and otherwise handle your PII collected before and during your use of our PPro8 application. 
 
What personal information do we collect from the people who use our application? In order to become a registered PPro8 user, we first collect your name, date of birth, and other personal information from your passport or similar government-issued ID document and the address of the geographic location from where you will trade. When accessing  our PPro8 application, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, or other personal details to validate your identity as a registered PPro8 user. If you sign in through a third-party service, like Google, Facebook, or Apple, we are not collecting any new information through those app sign-ins. All the data exchanged during the sign-in process gets deleted automatically.
 
When do we collect information? 
We collect information from you when you first register as a PPro8 user and afterward, each time you log in to the PPro8 trading application. 
 
How do we use your information? 
We use the information we collect from you solely for the purpose of identifying you as the registered user of PPro8 entering trade orders  through the PPro8 trading application. 
 
How do we store and protect your information? 

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. 
We implement a variety of security measures when a user accesses  the PPro8 application to maintain the safety of your PII.
 
Do we use “cookies”? 
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We track your use of  the PPro8 application by validating your identity on log-in. 
 
Third-party disclosure 
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your PII to outside commercial parties. We may use third-party vendors to validate your identity at the time of initial registration and/or on your subsequent log-ins to the PPro8 application; all such vendors themselves are obligated to maintain the security of your PII and use it only to assist us in validating your identity as a registered user of the PPro8 application. We will only disclose your PII to securities regulators and other lawful authorities upon request. 
 
Duration of storage and use of PII and right to be forgotten 
By becoming a registered user of PPro8, you are granted access to enter trade orders on stock exchanges and other regulated marketplaces around the world. All such trading activity is subject to local securities laws, regulations, and rules, and your identity as the individual conducting such trading must be available to local securities regulators. We will retain and use your PII for regulatory purposes, such as responding to requests from securities regulators as to the identity of PPro8 users who have traded on regulated stock exchanges. Your PII in relation to your trading activity will be  retained for a period of seven (7) years after your PPro8 access has  ended. Your right to be forgotten will only start after such period,  provided no regulatory investigation into your PPro8 trading activity  has commenced before then. 
 
Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking? 
We do not allow third-party behavioral tracking. 
 
What happens in the event of a data breach? 
Should a data breach affecting your PII occur, we will notify you via  email or other form of secure communication within seven business  days.

How do you delete your Facebook data?
PPro8 is a desktop application that does not store your personal Facebook data on any of our servers. According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL.
If you want to delete your activities for PPro8, follow these data deletion instructions:

1. Go to Your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click "Settings".
2. Then, go to " Apps and Websites" and you will see all of your Apps activities.
3. Select the option box for PPro8
4. Click the "Remove" button.


If you wish to delete your PPro8 account data, you have to request us to delete your account by sending your request from your registered email account to privacy@ralota.com.
